1. Processing Timeframes
Code (SP-01)

Orders are processed according to when payment is received.​

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed and sent into production within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next available business day.

This system ensures your order is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible once payment is confirmed.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows 

Code (SP-022)

  • Orders are processed according to when payment is received.​

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed and sent into production within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next available business day.

This system ensures your order is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible once payment is confirmed.

3. Estimated Delivery Windows

Orders made between Monday and Thursday move faster because payment and production systems are fully active during business days.
Orders made Friday, Saturday and Sunday may experience slight delays due to limited weekend payment processing and fulfillment scheduling.
This ensures we only begin production when your payment has fully cleared.

4. Estimated Delivery Windows 
Code (SP-044)

All products are fulfilled through our global network of providers.
Your order will be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address for optimal speed and efficiency.

Our partners operate worldwide, and fulfillment location varies by product type and destination.

5. Processing Timeframes
Code (SP-055)

Once your order enters production, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email.
Tracking updates will appear once your package has shipped.
We recommend checking your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive tracking information within the standard timeframe.

6. Delivery Delays or Issues

Code (SP-066)

If your order exceeds the stated delivery window (10 days or more), please contact our support team with your order ID and tracking details.
We will liaise with the production partner to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

7. Customer Acknowledgment
Code (SP-077)

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping and processing timeframes outlined in this policy.
Failure to read this policy does not exempt you from its terms.
