1. Custom Nature of Our Products (Code: RP-101)
All our products are custom made on demand. Each item is produced individually once an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
(Code: RP-202)
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
You will have two options:
a. Replacement (Code: RP-202A) – We will send a new item at no cost. You may keep the original item; it does not need to be returned.
b. Refund (Code: RP-202B) – If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, a small deduction applies to cover production and processing costs:

For products priced up to $50, a 10% deduction will be applied to the product price.

For products priced above $50, a 15% deduction will be applied to the product price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Example: If your product cost $100 and shipping was $7, your refund would be $85 (product only, less 15%).
3. Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Order Errors (Code: RP-303)
Because each item is printed and produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size or color selection

Order details entered incorrectly by the customer
If a discretionary refund is approved, a 50% deduction will apply to the product price.
Shipping fees remain non-refundable.
If you wish to receive a different size or variant, a new order must be placed.
4. Shipping Fees
(Code: RP-404)
Shipping costs are non-refundable because they are paid directly to our shipping and production partners when an order is fulfilled.
Even if a refund is issued, these third-party fees cannot be recovered.
5. Responsibility for Reading the Policy (Code: RP-505)
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this refund policy.
Failure to review this policy before purchasing does not exempt you from its terms.
Refunds will not be granted based on claims of being unaware of these conditions.
6. Return Shipping
(Code: RP-606)
We do not accept physical returns of made-on-demand products.
If a replacement is approved, a new item will be printed and shipped — you may keep or dispose of the original item.
7. Contact Us
(Code: RP-707)
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can resolve your case quickly.
